Returns

Unopened products in their original sealed packaging may be returned within [30] days of delivery. Because sterility and integrity cannot be verified once a seal is broken, opened products cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or incorrect.

To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back. We will confirm the return and provide instructions. Returns should be sent to:

Damaged or incorrect items

If an item arrives damaged, with a broken seal, or not as ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace the item or refund it in full, including shipping.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued once the return is received and inspected, or immediately for damaged or incorrect items.

Cryptocurrency payments cannot be reversed on the blockchain, so approved refunds for crypto orders are sent for the US-dollar amount paid, in the same cryptocurrency where possible, to a wallet address you confirm to us in writing. Network fees for the refund are paid by us. Refunds for orders paid by bank transfer or Zelle are returned to the account the payment came from. Refunds for any other payment method are issued to the original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund at any time before they ship.
