This policy explains what personal information Verity Research Labs LLC collects through this website and how it is used.

What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, phone number, company or institution name, organization type, and research field, and a record that you confirmed your age and research-only use. Your password is handled by our authentication provider and is never visible to us.

When you place an order we also receive your shipping address, the details of your order, the time of your research-use acknowledgement and acceptance of our terms, and your IP address and browser type, which we keep as a record of the order. Payment is made on our payment partner's secure hosted page; we receive the payment status, the cryptocurrency used, and the amount paid, but never your wallet keys or any card details. If you pay by bank transfer, our bank shares the sender name, amount, and reference of your transfer with us so we can match it to your order.

Your cart, age confirmation, and sign-in session are stored in your own browser (local and session storage) so the site works as you move between pages. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

How we use it

To process, ship, and support your order; to send order confirmations and shipping updates; to prevent fraud; and to meet our legal and accounting obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to complete your order — our payment processor, our account and database provider, shipping carriers, and website host — and authorities where the law requires it.

Retention

Order records are kept for as long as required for tax and accounting purposes, then deleted.
